Call us now! We’ll set up an appointment to accompany you on your first visit to the builder’s on-site sales office. You’ll then receive from us a written rebate agreement. After your home closes escrow, we’ll write you a rebate check for up to 2% of the purchase price.

Some builders will even allow us to register a client via email which makes the process that much easier! Once you close escrow you will receive a rebate check shortly thereafter.
